KLB
The highly tight shut off damper type KLB is designed to hermetically shut off air-flow.
A near perfect isolation is achieved using a ”positive seal” technique whereby the blade rotates and then closes onto a peripheral seal gasket. Housing of 1.5 mm galvanised sheet steel with welded flanges.
- Rotating damper parts are made from stainless steel V2A
- The primary drive shaft penetration of the case is sealed using a gland ring
- Damper bearing maintenance-free bronze bushings with PTFE seals
- EPDM blade seal (formaldehyde and hydrogen peroxide resistant)
- Pneumatic or electric actuator options available
- Powder coated corrosion resistant protected option available on request
- Stainless steel version available on requested (V2A (1.4301) or V4A (1.4571)
