261 City Road - The Lexicon Tower

261 City Road, known as the Lexicon Tower, is in a prime London location. The 36 storey tower is a joint venture between developer Mount Anvil and housing association Affinity Sutton.

MAP, selected for our experience in large residential developements, rose to the challenge. We delivered the perfect thermal and acoustic ventilation solution for the building. The products chosen also delivered a contemporary, sleek design, meeting the vision of the contemporary building.

The tower has a striking curved glass facade and is home to 307, one, two and three bedroom flats. The complex also provides residents with a spa, swimming pool, gym, shops and cafes overlooking the canal.

MAP provided grilles and LDB20/8 High Induction Diffusers in a contemporary design suited for the city lifestyle vibe of the up and coming East London property.

The LDBs specified allowed treated air to be distributed precisely within the rooms to ensure both thermal and acoustic comfort. Easily adjustable, the patterns can be set to suit varying room conditions, even after installation.
