The unique Georgian building, previously the HQ for HSBC’s private bank has many listed elements. Redeveloped in 2022 it provides 110,000 sq ft of office accommodation and a pavilion extension and rooftop terraces with views across London’s Westminster and Green Park. MAP supplied a variety of LDB Linear Air Diffusers to this office building refurbishment.
The LDB Linear Air Diffusers are designed for inconspicuous installation, perfect for this period building and ensure draft-free air flow due to fast mixing of supplied air and room air by way of individual jets within the units. The ceiling mounted Air Diffusers also feature aerodynamically designed slot nozzles which provide the low noise air distribution, required in a professional working space.
Our technical team advised on a variety of very discreet and concealed installation solutions to accommodate the internal layout of the Grade II listed building. Working with architects, we carefully planned out the layout and specified MF1N-U8 decorative linear grilles, recommending they were integrated within joinery, ceilings and sidewalls to multiple floors throughout the building. The product complemented the design of the wonderful Georgian building.
