Over the years, this Grade II listed landmark has undergone a remarkable transformation, culminating in its restoration and conversion into 86 exclusive luxury residential apartments.
Chosen for our extensive experience in working with heritage sites and iconic landmarks, MAPUK collaborated closely with Hoare Lea to ensure the seamless integration of ventilation solutions into each apartment. Our team meticulously selected products that harmonised with the beautiful period designs of the building while delivering discreet airflow solutions throughout the space.

The Grade II listed landmark building, steeped in history and grandeur, underwent a transformative journey after its sale in 2011. Now boasting 86 high-end apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, the restored structure stands as a beacon of luxury living.
MAPUK was entrusted with a pivotal role in the refurbishment of this architectural project. Renowned for our expertise in historical building projects, we were selected for our ability to deliver bespoke ventilation solutions tailored to the unique needs of each space while respecting the building's rich heritage.
Collaborating closely with Hoare Lea, we meticulously crafted a ventilation strategy that seamlessly integrated into the period design of the building. Linear bar grilles and Mini-Swirl diffusers were thoughtfully placed in sidewalls and vaulted ceilings. Meanwhile, our discreet placement of LDB20/8 high induction diffusers within coffers and ceiling details ensured optimal airflow without compromising the aesthetic integrity of the space.
