This historic property has been meticulously transformed into a 181-key hotel, offering an unparalleled blend of elegance and sustainability. MAPUK was privileged to collaborate on this exceptional project, providing ventilation solutions to elevate the comfort and ambiance of the hotel's bedrooms.

When tasked with supplying ventilation solutions for 1 Hotel Mayfair the challenge was to ensure that the chosen products aligned with the hotel's vision, delivering exceptional performance and integrating seamlessly into the bedrooms' design.

MAPUK renowned for its technical expertise and commitment to excellence, partnered with HDR | Hurley Palmer Flatt Group to address the ventilation needs of 1 Hotel Mayfair. Leveraging our industry-leading MF1N‐U8 aluminium linear grilles, we provided high induction airflow solutions tailored to the hotel bedrooms. These linear grilles not only offer a discrete appearance but also serve as decorative fascia, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the rooms. Behind these grilles, Mini Swirl diffusers were integrated.

Engineered for outstanding performance, the Mini Swirl ensures the supply air is fully mixed before entering the occupied zone, resulting in maximum comfort with low-velocity air flows and an even temperature gradient throughout the space, ultimately optimising comfort for hotel guests.

Mounted within a carrier plate and installed behind a grille, the Mini Swirl uniquely transforms any ornate or standard grille into a high induction device, enhancing the aesthetics of the environment while delivering exceptional functionality.

The seamless integration of ventilation solutions ensures that guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay whilst also meeting the highest standards of performance for a luxury hospitality experience.
