Appointed for our proven technical expertise and ability to deliver high-performing ventilation systems in complex refurbishment environments, MAPUK worked alongside Collins Construction Ltd and ChapmanBDSP to supply tailored HVAC solutions throughout the building. Our involvement spanned five floors, where performance was essential to the overall design intent.
The redevelopment, led by AM alpha on behalf of WE-Holding and designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman, included an extensive Cat A refurbishment across 35,000 sq. ft. The project reimagines the space to serve as the London headquarters of global real asset investment manager PATRIZIA. The scheme delivers modern, flexible workspace supported by premium building services, a refreshed reception, new terraces, and upgraded wellness facilities.
MAPUK’s role was to ensure that the ventilation systems not only delivered technical compliance and performance but also met within the architectural vision. Our team collaborated closely with the design and construction teams to deliver systems that complement both the aesthetic and functional goals of the development.
