The Glebe
Situated on Glebe Place in Chelsea, the super prime luxury development involves the conversion of a school and two new build villas, creating nine luxury dwellings in total, all set within the grounds of the former Edwardian school building.
Whilst the site has been transformed, it has retained lots of charm of the original façade. MAP was chosen to work on the project due to our skill and technical expertise in designing bespoke ventilation solutions and products, empathetic to the buildings' history and design. We created a variety of bespoke grilles to complement the aesthetics of the superior interior. Each grille, a luxurious piece, delivering the indulgent statement required for this unique development.

MAP collaborated with Hoare Lea on this stunning transformation project. We advised and provided Mini Swirl Diffusers to provide thermal comfort within the rooms with stunning 16ft high ceilings. The diffusers were discreetly hidden behind a variety of decorative bespoke grilles. The grilles were designed to integrate seamlessly into the interior design details and respect the heritage of the building.
