The refurbishment of 1 Minster Court, a landmark office development located in the historic Mincing Lane, saw project managers, Cushman and Wakefield request MAP to design a number of bespoke ventilation grilles for the main reception area - a focal point and first port of call for visitors.
Using our technical expertise, we designed luxury grilles, fitted with Mini Swirl diffusers - providing the ideal solution for this high profile architectural project.

The substantial refurbishment project involved the modernisation of the existing office building. Contract administration and project managers, Cushman and Wakefield lead on the interior, delivering a modern space that prioritised workers' well-being and comfort.

We provided Punch Plate Grilles (PPG) in a classical pattern for sidewall installation. With a paint finish of RAL7035(20%) light grey, the grilles integrated into the interior seamlessly, combining air quality and comfort with luxurious design and style.
Mini Swirl diffusers were fitted behind each bespoke grille. Engineered for outstanding performance, the Mini Swirls delivered higher airflows at lower noise levels than traditional linear slot diffusers and provided the ideal solution for this high profile architectural project.
