Chelsea Barracks
One of the most luxurious residential projects in the UK, Chelsea Barracks sits on the historic 13 acre London site where the British Army Barracks were built between 1860 and 1862. The site includes 448 residential spaces, leisure facilities, medical centre, community centre, children's play space, convenience shops and green space.
Selected for our technical expertise and experience of working on heritage sites, MAP met the strict performance criteria of the landmark development. Respecting the heritage and history of the building, we specified products that best suited the beautiful period designs.

At Chelsea Barracks, we worked in a close partnership with visionary architects and interior designers to achieve the stringent performance criteria set by this landmark development. Our mission was clear: to seamlessly integrate modern ventilation solutions while respecting the rich heritage and history of the buildings.
Our approach was rooted in reverence for the historical significance of Chelsea Barracks. We recognised the need to deliver ventilation solutions that not only met contemporary demands but also harmonised with the traditional architecture.
Throughout the development, we meticulously supplied grilles and diffusers across a diverse range of spaces, including Townhouses, Apartments, Penthouses, Mews Houses, and Spa areas. Our goal was to provide each apartment with the convenience of a discreet airflow system.
Our ventilation solutions were engineered to ensure the perfect balance of thermal and acoustic comfort that Chelsea Barracks demanded, creating a space where residents can enjoy the best of both worlds - the timeless elegance of heritage and the contemporary comforts of modern living.
