Escapade Silverstone is a prestigious development offering 60 ultramodern residences trackside within the iconic Silverstone Circuit estate. Ranging from two to four bedrooms, these residences boast stunning interiors set within the 14-acre Escapade Silverstone estate directly adjacent to the track.

MAPUK had the privilege of collaborating with Flatt Consulting and HG Construction to provide smart ventilation solutions tailored to the unique needs of Escapade Silverstone. Leveraging our industry experience and technical expertise, we meticulously designed ventilation systems to enhance thermal and acoustic comfort while seamlessly integrating with the modern aesthetics of the residences.

One of the key challenges of this project was to integrate ventilation solutions that complemented the modern aesthetic of the interiors. To address this, we strategically installed Mini Swirl diffusers concealed behind decorative linear bar grilles. These diffusers not only provided excellent air distribution but also seamlessly blended with the sleek interior design elements.

Additionally, we incorporated our high induction diffusers (LDB12/8) into the ceiling design. Engineered for outstanding performance, these diffusers offer higher air volume capability compared to conventional linear designs, all while maintaining lower noise levels. This ensured that conditioned air was distributed precisely within the accommodation, enhancing the overall comfort experience for the residents.

The installation of our smart ventilation solutions has enhanced the living experience at Escapade Silverstone. Residents can now enjoy precise air distribution and optimal thermal comfort throughout their homes, contributing to a luxurious and comfortable living environment trackside at Silverstone.
