Ennismore’s new hotel and private members' club, Estelle Manor is set in a Grade II-listed landmark house on a 60-acre estate. Nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside the hotel is surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens.
MAP brought its unparalleled skill and technical expertise to the table, working on the estate's historic frigidarium and tepidarium bathing hall. With a deep appreciation for the building's rich history and design we crafted innovative, bespoke ventilation solutions and products.

MAP worked on several areas within the manor and grounds including Eynsham Baths. A place of indulgence the Roman-inspired 3,000 sq m spa encompasses a vast tepidarium bathing hall, five pools, a lounge, ten treatment rooms and a bar.
Our skilled engineers were delighted to design bespoke products, including beautiful, curved plenums, curved Mini Swirls and curved Punch Plate Grilles (PPG) for the spa complex. The products were designed to fit specifically within the buildings curved ceiling coffer.
We specified LDB12/8 diffusers for integration within a cornice shadow gap detail and plenums were manufactured, to bespoke dimensions, to fit inside the tight restrictions of the ceiling void. Products were painted with C4 corrosion resistant paint for longevity and finished in Akzo Nobel SW208 metallic bronze.
The successful design respected the buildings heritage whilst also meeting the modern requirements of the space; delivering optimum air distribution and comfort for guests.
In three of the private houses, we specified a number of Mini Swirl diffusers and decorative flanged Punch Plate Grilles (PPG) with rear backing mesh for the radiators. Our approach was driven by empathy, ensuring that every solution we implemented respected the building's heritage and maintained its unique charm.
Working in collaboration with the project team, our innovative solutions met the ambitions and visions of the architect and our high-performance products integrated seamlessly into the luxury interiors.
