MAP was selected by Mott MacDonald to be involved in the exclusive refurbishment of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel - a luxury hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, London.
Chosen for our experience and bespoke service, our technical team worked closely with an artisan plaster specialist and interior designer to provide an architectural solution and deliver an elegant finish. We specified high induction linear diffusers in the penthouses, bedrooms, spa, restrooms and restaurant areas, ensuring thermal and acoustic comfort for guests.

MAP supplied a range of Mini Swirl Diffusers, paired with Decorative Punched Plate Grilles (PPG). The high performing diffusers delivered optimal thermal and velocity comfort and the pairing with a stylish grille met the elegant finish required in a 5 star hotel.
In the Royal Suite, working closely with an artisan plaster specialist, we fitted IBD Nozzles into a fibrous plaster frieze. This provided a successful, bespoke, architectural solution to meet the interior designer's needs. We also fitted LDB12/8 high induction linear diffusers in the penthouses, bedrooms, spa, restrooms and restaurant areas, providing the very best thermal and acoustic comfort for guests.
