MAPUK's technical expertise was instrumental in the renovation of this Grade I listed private residence, where intelligent engineering solutions were required to meet the diverse demands of the property. The project involved linking two properties via a two-storey basement, which included la swimming pool, gym, cinema and a car lift for six vehicles.

Additionally, the main house underwent significant enhancements, including the addition of two new upper floors, a conservatory, an internal aquarium feature, a ballroom, games room, theatre, and commercial kitchen.

In close collaboration with architects, builders, and interior designers, MAPUK ensured that the heritage considerations of the Grade I listed building were meticulously met while delivering a stylish finish. A broad range of ventilation solutions were applied and products included MB Micro Blade grilles, elegant PPG Punched Plate grilles for visual impact, Mini Swirl diffusers, LDB high induction linear diffusers and plaster-in exhaust slots with matching plenums and subframes. Custom curved Mini Swirls and aluminium bar grilles were crafted specifically for the games room, adding a bespoke touch to the design.

By integrating these ventilation solutions seamlessly into the property, MAPUK delivered a cleverly designed system that ensures both thermal and acoustic comfort throughout the entire family home.
