MAPs technical skills were brought into play in the renovation of this private residence, Grade I listed building. Intelligent engineering design solutions were required to meet the demands of the rooms - two properties linked via a two storey basement. The basement included a new swimming pool, gym, cinema and a car lift for 6 vehicles. The main house had two new upper floors added with a conservatory, an internal aquarium feature plus a ballroom, games room, theatre and commercial kitchen.
MAP liaised closely with architects, builders and interior designers to meet the building's grade I heritage considerations whilst also delivering a stylish finish. MAP supplied a range of MB Micro Blade Grilles, beautiful PPG Punched Plate Grilles to deliver an attractive visual impact, MS Mini Swirl Diffusers, LDB High Induction Linear Diffusers and plaster in exhaust slots with matching plenums and sub frames. Bespoke curved mini swirls and aluminium bar grilles were made for the games room.
MAP was able to provide the client with a cleverly integrated ventilation system, delivering both thermal and acoustic comfort throughout the family home.
